- 1. Create an account.
Add your positive habits -- pick from suggested goals
and/or customize your own.
- 2. Each day, select yes for each goal you accomplished.
Select no if you didn't do it; try again tomorrow.
- 3. See your progress, tracked as a percentage for each goal. Also, note your
overall average percentage of success -- your LifeGPA!
